One-to-One  Learning 

Traditional yoga classes took place between one student and their teacher. In this setting, classes were specifically tailored to the student's individual needs and goals. Let's get back to yoga's roots and enjoy a practice created uniquely for you!


One common result of Private sessions is that students feel a boost of confidence and a greater understanding of the practice in a shorter timeframe.


Private classes are great for anyone with health concerns or past injuries. Practitioners who are looking to deepen their practice on more than just the level of postural asana would also benefit greatly from private sessions.
